Anam Ritual memberships renew automatically according to the billing schedule selected at checkout unless cancelled.
You may cancel your membership at any time through your customer account or by contacting us at connect@anamritual.com.
Annual Memberships
Annual Memberships renew automatically every 12 months unless cancelled before renewal.
Members may cancel future renewals at any time.
Cancellation will prevent future renewal charges but does not automatically refund payments already made.
Annual Membership refunds are only available under the First Ritual Guarantee.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery of your first ritual and before the 15th of the month preceding your second ritual shipment.
Once the 15th-of-month fulfillment cutoff has passed for your second ritual, Annual Memberships become non-refundable.
For Annual Memberships, refunds will be issued minus the value of items already received, including the Starter Pack, the first ritual shipment, and shipping and fulfillment costs already incurred.
Once the second ritual has been processed or shipped, Annual Memberships become non-refundable.
Monthly Memberships
Monthly Memberships renew automatically each month.
Members may cancel at any time.
If a monthly renewal has already been processed or a ritual has entered fulfillment, that month's charge is non-refundable.
Fulfillment and Shipping
Once a ritual shipment has entered fulfillment or been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or recalled.
