At Anam Ritual, we want every membership to feel meaningful, intentional, and valuable.
Because Anam Ritual is a physical membership experience delivered through the mail, we offer a First Ritual Guarantee to allow you to experience the practice before fully committing.
First Ritual Guarantee
We want you to experience Anam Ritual before deciding whether it is right for you.
If your first ritual does not feel meaningful or valuable, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your first shipment.
For Annual Memberships, refunds will be issued minus the value of items already received, including:

Refund requests must be submitted:

Within 14 days of delivery of your first ritual, and

Before your second ritual has been processed for fulfillment.
Once the second ritual has been processed or shipped, Annual Memberships become non-refundable.
Annual Memberships
Annual Memberships renew automatically every 12 months unless cancelled before renewal.
Following the First Ritual Guarantee period, Annual Memberships are non-refundable.
If you cancel your membership, your membership benefits and ritual shipments will remain active until the end of your current membership term. No future renewal charges will occur.
Monthly Memberships
Monthly Memberships renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
You may cancel your membership at any time through your customer portal or by contacting us.
To avoid being charged for and receiving the next month's ritual, cancellations must be received by the 15th of the preceding month.
If a monthly renewal has already been processed or a ritual has entered fulfillment, that month's charge is non-refundable.

Shipping & Delivery
Monthly ritual shipments are prepared and processed in advance of each mailing cycle.
To avoid receiving the next month's ritual, cancellations must be received by the 15th of the preceding month. For example, if you do not wish to receive the July ritual, you must cancel by June 15th.
Once a ritual shipment has been processed for fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or recalled.
If a shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities.
Abuse & Fraud Protection
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, or repeated refund requests.
